Job summary

PepsiCo's Frito-Lay Supply Chain Transformation and Engineering is seeking a Supply Chain Engineer Project Manager (L7) to manage New Production Capacity and Growth projects in Plano, Texas. You will lead cross-functional teams, define scope, budgets, schedules, and procurement for large-scale manufacturing enhancements.

Qualifications

• Previous project management in manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and problem solving.
• Effective verbal and written communication with stakeholders including senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Execute engineering solutions to add capacity (new lines or modify equipment).
• Lead cross-functional teams including plant personnel, vendors, contractors.
• Define needs for scope and documentation for project.
• Independently lead medium and large projects.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and procurement.
• Develop, manage and execute equipment installation and start-up plans.
• Manage multiple deliverables and competing priorities.
• Mitigate project risks and ensure schedule attainment.
