Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering.
• 7+ years of professional experience in manufacturing.
• Previous project management in manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong technical curiosity and willingness to learn continuously.

• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders including senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Execute engineering solutions to increase capacity for PepsiCo portfolio products.
• Lead cross-functional teams including plant personnel, vendors, and contractors.
• Define manufacturing and unit operation needs for project scope.
• Independently lead medium and large projects.
• Apply engineering principles to problem solving and changes.
• Manage project budgets and cost tracking; prepare funding documents.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and schedules.
• Oversee procurement and supplier documentation; define specs and test plans.
• Develop equipment installation and start-up plans with contractors.
• Manage multiple deliverables, timelines, and priorities.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Travel 35% to 40%.
