Job summary

PING, Inc. seeks a Senior Security Manager to lead and improve physical security across a 57-acre campus in Phoenix. You will supervise Security Supervisors, Officers, the Locksmith, and the Identity and Access Control Administrator, shaping policy, training, and incident response for employees and visitors.

You will drive risk assessments, budget planning, and governance for access control, CCTV, and security technology. This role requires relocation support and residency in the Phoenix area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Emergency Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible security experience with leadership of supervisors or multi-shift operations.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or large-campus environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and accountability for Security Supervisors, Officers, and related roles.
• Oversee personnel actions including recruitment, training, scheduling, performance management, and succession planning.
• Establish post orders, SOPs, and staffing plans for routine and special events.
• Allocate security resources across campus for multiple entrances and operations.
• Develop and manage department budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Remain available outside regular hours for incidents, escalations, drills, and business disruptions.
• Develop and enforce physical security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Protect employees, visitors, facilities, assets, and intellectual property from threats and breaches.
• Oversee access governance, CCTV, alarms, and visitor management across facilities.
• Coordinate security requirements for construction, renovations, and events.
• Lead or support investigations involving theft, unauthorized access, and security incidents.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, IT, Facilities, and other stakeholders on security matters.
• Maintain relationships with law enforcement and public safety agencies.
• Produce reports, metrics, and presentations for executive leadership.
