Job summary

EZG Manufacturing is seeking a Manufacturing Draftsman to develop mechanical drawings and technical documentation for fabrication processes such as laser cutting, bending, machining and welding. CAD experience is essential.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in engineering or fabrication, ability to interpret customer designs, and strong math and communication skills. College degree is preferred but not required, with a proactive, adaptable attitude.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering or fabrication.
• CAD experience required.
• Blueprint/spec interpretation of customer designs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer drawings to create shop production documentation.
• Determine bill of materials and order items before job release.
• Create job packets with drawings, materials, quality docs, workflows, time tracking.
• Support fabrication to ensure parts built per specs.
