Precision of New Hampton is seeking a CAD Drawer at our New Hampton, IA facility. This is an office, non-operator role, collaborating closely with CNC programmers and machinists to design, draft, and troubleshoot parts from concept to production.

You will participate in the initial design process, suggest fabrication ideas, implement drawings, and help write and maintain CNC programs for mills, lathes, and EDM wire cutting. A hands-on, cross-functional mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Preliminary design, programming, knowledge of how the actual equipment is setup and used.
• Knowledge of CAD software
• Knowledge of engineering prints

Responsabilités

• Write, maintain and troubleshoot CNC programs for CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, and EDM Wire Cutting.
• Involved in all steps of fabrication and design from initial design to final production.
• Collaborate with CNC programmers and machinists closely
