Responsibilities

• System Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose, resolve, and debug automated systems, PLCs, robotics, and electro-mechanical equipment to maintain maximum uptime.
• Preventative Maintenance & Upgrades: Perform equipment start-ups, shutdowns, routine PMs, and system modifications while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
• Autonomous Corrective Action: Work independently with minimal direction to determine and implement corrective actions on machinery and production processes.
• Technical Schematic Review: Read and interpret 2D/3D CAD models and technical drawings to assist with sub-assembly installs and system performance improvements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Our Client's manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure optimal operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
