Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent education/experience.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC experience required.
• Change management and project execution exposure.
• Robotics and PLC-based automation experience (Allen-Bradley).

Responsibilities

• Support automated manufacturing processes and drive quality initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and optimize automation systems and equipment.
• Lead CAPA investigations and FMEA activities.
• Develop documentation: SOPs, specs, validation protocols.
