Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Manufacturing Auditor to support the Training Department by auditing production processes, documentation, and operator performance to ensure adherence to training.

You will verify that training materials match actual practices, identify gaps, and provide feedback to improve training content and manufacturing performance on the floor. This role requires attention to detail and strong communication to coach operators and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with production processes, safety standards, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine audits on the production floor to ensure adherence to standard work and safety procedures.
• Verify training materials and job instructions align with actual practices.
• Identify process deviations or skill gaps and communicate findings to the Training Manager.
• Observe operators and provide constructive feedback to promote best practices.
• Review production documentation for accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Track and report audit results, trends, and retraining needs to management.
• Support onboarding and refresher training with audit findings and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process updates.
