Guardian Protection Products is seeking Manufacturing Associates to operate batch processing equipment and support powder coating production in accordance with ISO quality standards.

The role includes weigh-up, mixing, extrusion and grinding, with the Pay-for-Skills career path enabling advancement and pay increases as skills grow. Full-time roles with daytime or rotating shifts are available; overtime may be required.

JOB DESCRIPTION Manufacturing Associates

The manufacturing associate is responsible for the day-to-day operation of batch processing equipment in accordance with high quality ISO standards. The title of Associate encompasses all the roles involved in the production of powder coatings i.e., weigh-up, mixing, extruding and grinding. Job Type: Full-time

Pay

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour. This position is bonus eligible.

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6 am-2:30 pm
• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2 pm- 10:30 pm
• 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10 pm- 6:30 am
