ETS is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join their team in a hands-on, in-person role on 1st shift. The position pays $17-$18 per hour and runs Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include helping team reach daily production goals, performing simple machine set-ups, inspecting parts and monitoring scrap, and supporting additional tasks as production needs change. ISO quality awareness is valued.

Qualifications

• Read and understand blueprints.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Understanding of quality control procedures and ISO concepts.
• Reliable attendance and accountability.
