Vanguard EMS, Inc in Beaverton, Oregon, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate-Soldering I to join the team. You will hand solder a variety of electronic components, follow process documents, and inspect your own work to ensure compliance with IPC standards.

The Manufacturing Associate-Soldering I collaborates directly with the Team Coordinator and Department Supervisor to ensure that every soldered component meets or exceeds IPC standards.
