Vanguard EMS, Inc. in Beaverton, OR, seeks a Manufacturing Associate to produce surface mount and through-hole soldered assemblies that meet IPC standards. You will collaborate with team members to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.
Responsibilities include setup, maintenance, inspection, documentation, and participation in process improvements. A High School Diploma or GED and 2 years soldering PCBA experience are required; overtime may be needed.
Manufacturing Associate collaborates directly with the team coordinator and department manager to produce surface mount and through hold solder which meets or exceeds IPC standards. This position is key to company quality standards.
