Job summary

Sheridan Brimfield is hiring a press assistant to support the Press Room operations across catalogs, commercial print, and educational materials. You’ll help keep production lines running, participate in Make Ready, and assist with plate hanging while benefiting from paid training and clear advancement paths.

You’ll work 12-hour night shifts (8:00pm–8:00am), Sundays through Tuesdays (every other Saturday). You’ll receive a night-shift premium and comprehensive benefits after 30 days, with

Responsibilities

• Remove product bundles safely off Press using lift system.
• Properly stack skids in correct order.
• Participate in Make Ready (M/R) and hang plates.
• Check pagination and other quality checks once press is running.
• Help with Press wash up during change over.
• Demonstrate consistency in the observation of all safety procedures including bending and lifting techniques.

• Remove product bundles safely off Press using lift system.
• Properly stack skids in correct order.
• Participate in Make Ready (M/R) and hang plates.
• Check pagination and other quality checks once press is running.
• Help with Press wash up during change over.
