Job summary

Micone Staffing is seeking a Forge Press Operator for 2nd shift in Verdi, NV. This temp-to-hire position offers on-the-job training, a hands-on production environment, and growth opportunities.

You will load/unload parts, assist with setup and changeovers, perform quality inspections, and follow safety protocols on a fast-paced shop floor with OT potential.

Job Title: Forge Press Operator – 2nd Shift

Location: Verdi, NV
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Shift: 2nd Shift, M-Th 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm (w/ possibility of starting earlier and/or going later with OT), Fri. 7:30 am – 4:00 pm (if work until midnight on Thursday night, will prefer them to come in at 9 am so that they can get some sleep between shifts)

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join a growing manufacturing team as a Forge Press Operator on the 2nd shift. This is a hands-on production role offering on-the-job training and strong long-term career potential. Ideal candidates will be comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment and eager to learn new skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload forged metal parts from press equipment

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
