Inland Packaging is seeking a Night Shift Manufacturing Associate to join our producing team in La Crosse, WI. The role involves setting up a label-cutting machine, ensuring product quality, and supporting multiple production tasks on a rotating schedule.

The position offers a starting wage of $22.00/hour plus a $3.00/hour shift differential, with a rotating 12-hour shift pattern that includes every other weekend. PTO, holidays, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.

Starting Wage: $22.00/hour + $3.00/hour shift differential

Work Schedule: Rotating 12-Hour Shifts including every other weekend:

• Week One: Three Days – 36 Hours
• Week Two: Four Day - 48 Hours

Typical Day in the Role:
