Job summary

James Hardie Building Products Inc. is seeking motivated manufacturing professionals to join a leader in exterior building solutions. Opportunities span maintenance, production, and general manufacturing roles across multiple facilities nationwide.

You will join a team dedicated to safety, quality, and continuous improvement, with training provided to develop skills and advance careers in a dynamic industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery
• Operate forklifts or other material-handling equipment (training provided where applicable)
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
• Inspect products for quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
• Assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
