Pan-Oston Company in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to support metal and final assembly on a fast-paced production line. You will operate hand tools, inspect materials, and follow drawings to produce fixtures per specifications.

Qualifications

• Must have attention to detail and ability to work with others
• Read and interpret blueprints or drawings when required
• Experience with hand tools commonly used in metal/wood assembly
• Able to communicate effectively in a team environment
• Willing to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds frequently
• Experience in manufacturing is preferred but not required
• Maintain clean and orderly work area and follow safety rules
• Complete paperwork for parts as required

Responsibilities

• Work in a fast-paced environment on assembly lines
• Operate hand tools and equipment to assemble and/or paint metal or wood fixtures per drawings
• Verify materials and supplies are available to complete tasks
• Maintain product quality and minimize unplanned stops
• Communicate with team to ensure correct product with minimal waste
• Report defective materials to management
• Keep work area and equipment clean and orderly
• Complete and maintain paperwork for parts
• Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations
