Job summary

Marquee Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented assembler for a medical device manufacturing environment in Santa Rosa, CA.

You will assemble components using SOPs, inspect with microscopes, and use precision hand tools. The role follows a 4-day workweek, Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM, with pay of $21–$24 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical device components using approved manufacturing methods, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Perform detailed assembly work requiring fine motor skills and manual dexterity.
• Use microscopes, precision hand tools, and measuring instruments (tweezers, pin gauges, calipers) for assembly.
• May work with specialized equipment, including welders and soldering irons.
• Maintain the integrity of controlled environments by following attire requirements and procedures.
• Identify common defects and address them according to procedures.
• Learn new processes quickly and build skills across multiple workstations with accuracy.

• You may also work with specialized equipment, including welders and soldering irons, as part of the manufacturing process.
• Maintain the integrity of controlled environments by following proper attire requirements and established procedures.
• Identify common defects within your workstation and follow the appropriate processes to address them.
• Learn new processes quickly and build skills across multiple workstations while maintaining accuracy and minimizing errors.
• Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
