Job summary

Adventure Ready Brands is seeking a Manufacturing Associate I for the second shift in Littleton, NH. You will support multiple production areas including packaging, filling, and display assembly, perform visual checks, count, and move materials under supervision.

The role requires standing for long periods, basic math and reading skills, and teamwork in a fast-paced, cGMP environment. Overtime may be required; benefits include health insurance and 401(k) with company matching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or successful work history.
• Ability to stand for full shift/ long periods of time.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions primarily utilizing upper body extremities.
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain high rates and repetitive manual activities.
• Ability to visually check and verify printed Lot and Date codes in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work overtime hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple production areas including Packaging, Filling, and Display Assembly.
• Perform visual verification of Lot and Date Codes and count, pack, tape, and label cartons.
• Move/handle materials and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Assist with waste separation and ensure safe operation of equipment under supervision.
• Participate in team meetings and maintain positive, professional interactions.
• Other duties as assigned by Production Supervisor.
