Job summary

Adventure Ready Brands is hiring a Manufacturing Associate I to support packaging, filling, and display assembly. You will verify lot codes, count materials, pack products, and help move and stage items on the line. Training on line operation and safety is provided.

Requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to stand long hours, basic math, and strong teamwork. OT may be required; first shift Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM–4:30 PM in Littleton, NH.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or successful work history.
• Ability to stand for full shift/long periods of time.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions with upper body.
• Team environment and maintain high accuracy in manual tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Overtime hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and operate each production line safely and efficiently.
• Follow SOPs and cGMP requirements.
• Identify Lot/Date codes and verify labeling.
• Load and assemble cartons, pallets, and boxes as documented.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and assist team meetings.
• Support line output rates and teamwork across shifts.
