Celldex Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking an Associate to support reliable and compliant manufacturing of biotherapeutic products. This hands-on role covers cell culture, bioprocessing and manufacturing operations in a production facility focused on patient outcomes.
The role involves assisting in cell culture, SUB bioreactor operations, clean room activities, equipment setup, and process monitoring. It requires 0–2 years in biotech/pharma and GMP, plus aseptic technique and team collaboration.

The Associate plays a critical role ensuring reliable and compliant manufacturing of biotherapeutic products by supporting essential cell culture, bioprocessing, and manufacturing operations that contribute directly to patient-focused outcomes. This is a hands-on role performing all activities within the production facility to produce biopharmaceutical products.
The expected base salary for this position is: $42350.00 to $55000.00. We are committed to compensating employees equitably based on several factors including experience, education, licensure/certifications, skill level, location of the position, and availability of similar talent in a competitive market. Subject to eligibility and applicable plan terms, compensation includes base salary, annual discretionary bonus, long term incentive, 401(K) plan with employer contribution, health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
