Job summary

Novolex in Fresno, CA is hiring for an entry level Associate to support our packaging and handling on the Supermarket & Processor foam tray lines. This fast-paced manufacturing role offers opportunities to cross-train into higher paying positions within our operation and become part of a collaborative team.

The position starts at a pay rate of $17.83 per hour, with eligibility for annual and skill-based increases.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalence.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math and problem-solving abilities.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Keep work area clean and organized.
