Job summary

The Advance Group, in partnership with a global solar panel manufacturer in Walbridge, Ohio, is hiring Manufacturing Associates for general labor and forklift positions. Both day and night shifts are available, with a 3-day weekend every other weekend and a rotating schedule designed for better work-life balance.

Qualified candidates will have warehouse or general labor experience, pass a drug/background check, and be able to lift up to 45 lbs.

Qualifications

• Previous general labor or warehouse experience required.
• Minimum 1 year forklift experience for forklift openings.
• Excellent attendance and reliability required.
• Must pass drug and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely to move materials.
• Load and unload materials and assist shipping duties.
• Pick, package, and inspect solar modules.
• Break down crates and use hand tools.
• Prepare loads for shipment and document data.
