Advance Staffing Solutions (The Advance Group) in Walbridge, Ohio, is seeking entry-level General Laborers for a global solar panel manufacturing partner. Positions are day and night shifts with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Duties include breaking down wooden crates, using drills and hand tools, stacking wood, moving materials, and reporting hazards. Requirements: HS diploma, ability to lift 45 lbs, pass drug/background checks, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Previous manual labor, construction, or hand tool experience required.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Ability to pass drug and background checks.
• Ability to work well in a small team.
• Lift up to 45 lbs on a consistent basis.
• Must be able to climb stairs occasionally.
• Ability to stand, bend and perform repetitive lifting.

Responsibilities

• Break down wooden crates using drills, hammers, and hand tools.
• Disassemble end caps from crates manually.
• Stack wood into organized piles.
• Move materials and broken glass safely as needed.
• Notify supervisor of defects or safety hazards.
