Job summary

Shaw Industries is hiring for multiple manufacturing roles in Dalton, GA. This includes Production Associate, Creeler, Creeler Operator, Lift Truck Operator, and more, with a non-rotating night shift from 11:00pm to 7:00am.

Training is provided; prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred but not required. Join a team focused on producing and transporting high-quality flooring solutions for residential and commercial customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to sit, stand, bend, and reach repetitively.
• Must be able to lift at least 15 lbs. - 50 lbs., occasionally more depending on role.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.

Position Overview

Shaw Industries is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our manufacturing and distribution teams. Associates in these roles play a key part in producing and transporting high-quality flooring solutions for residential and commercial customers.

We are hiring for multiple positions within our manufacturing facility, including:

• Production Associate

• Creeler

• Creeler Operator

• Utility Relief

• Lift Truck Operator (LTO)

• Machine Operator

Shift 3

Sunday - Thursday

11:00pm-7:00am

Shaw Industries will provide training to help you develop your skills and grow within the company. Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the assigned department and role, your duties may include:

• Each role has different lifting, reach, and physical movement requirements. Typical requirements include the ability to bend, stoop, reach, pull, and push repetitively.
