Job summary

Golden Pet Manufacturing is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to help support our production lines and packaging operations. You will help prepare materials, move products, and ensure quality throughout the process in a facility that honors safety and efficiency.

Positions include multiple shifts with premiums on some lines. Willingness to work in cold and wet environments, stand for long periods, and lift up to 60 pounds in certain areas is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand, walk, reach with hands and stoop/kneel as required.
• Comfortable in a cold environment (35°-45°F) and wet environments.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds; occasionally up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Show dedication to safety and quality protocols.
• Prepare raw materials for production, including unwrapping or breaking materials apart.
• Move product to and from the production line by hand and with a hand pallet jack when needed.
• Load/unload product from areas of the line; sort finished products to meet quality standards.
• Assist in packaging: dump products into hoppers, box finished goods, and stack pallets for shipment.
