International Paper is seeking a Manufacturing Associate for the Delaware Container Plant in Delaware, OH. The role is an hourly full-time position on 2nd shift (3pm-11pm, Monday-Friday).
The pay starts at $23.18/hour for the first 90 days and increases to $26.13–$28.23/hour after 90 days, reflecting progression with tenure. You will perform counting, reading orders, gauge readings, basic math, quality records, and shop cleanup tasks, with forklift experience preferred.
