You will adjust settings, troubleshoot and maintain equipment, ensure product quality, and work with a team to improve processes. Qualifications

• 1 year of experience operating manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on problem solving with mechanical systems.
• Experience with extrusion or blow molding equipment is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics or electromechanical systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion and blow-molding production machines to keep production moving smoothly.
• Adjust machine settings for heat, cooling and pressure, as needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment and handle basic maintenance tasks.
• Check product quality to ensure everything meets customer standards.
• Work as part of a shift team to solve problems and improve processes.
• Keep learning and growing with on-the-job training and Plastipak Academy courses.
