Worthington Enterprises, Inc. is seeking Manufacturing and Production Associates for the 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) at our Westerville facility. You will safely manufacture quality parts on a fast-paced assembly line, following detailed work instructions and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle physical, repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions.
• Familiarity with part numbers, sizes, and quality detection.
• Forklift and crane licenses are a plus.
• Basic English proficiency to read safety instructions, understand work orders, and communicate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.

We are hiring for Manufacturing and Production Associates on 2nd (3pm-11pm). Here at Worthington’s Westerville facility, we make cylinder compressed gas tanks you may see on your grill, boat, RV, food truck, or outdoor heating appliance. We also produce aluminum and steel cylinders. Sounds cool, right?

In this role, you will safely manufacture quality parts on a fast-paced assembly line.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, testing, material handling, welding, press room operation, and paint line operation.
• Follow detailed production instructions to manufacture quality parts safely.
• Detect and address defects and quality issues. Accurately count, label, and handle small parts.
• Maintain safety standards by following all policies and procedures.

• Competitive Pay: $20 to $22/hour, plus a $1.50/hour night shift differential.
• Overtime Pay: Time-and-a-half for hours over 40/week and double-time for hours over 48/week.
