Job description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Associate to work in our Richburg, SC facility. In this position, you will perform a variety of tasks in the Finishing Department to support production goals. The role involves shop floor assistance, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Opportunities for growth include cross training and job rotations. Responsibilities include:

1. Straightener Operator
2. Peeler Operator
3. Grinder Operator
4. Mark and Pack
5. Saw Operator
6. Crane Operator

Additional Responsibilities:

• Use measuring devices such as gauges, meters, calipers, and measuring tapes.
• Operate heavy machinery including forklifts and cranes.
• Use heat-treating furnaces to heat treat bar and coil products, following specific mill instructions for proper regulation and adjustments.
• Assist with machine setup.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
