Job summary

Actalent in Plainville, MA, is seeking a contract manufacturing professional with technical expertise in biopharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and GMP compliance. You will navigate a dynamic environment, balance priorities, and learn new software tools while reporting to operators or management.

• Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical expertise in biopharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and processes with attention to GMP standards.
• Make decisions for moderately complex GMP manufacturing activities with minimal to moderate supervision and communicate with operators or management.
• Maintain accurate operational documents to support GMP compliance and traceability.

Description Technical expertise in biopharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, principles, and processes. Strong understanding of current GMP and safety standards. Ability to function in a dynamic environment and balance multiple priorities. Proficiency in learning new software and tools. Ability to make decisions for moderately complex GMP manufacturing activities with minimal to moderate supervision. Ability to recognize, understand, and respond to situations requiring further evaluation and report to operators or management. Effective written and verbal communication skills with peers, associates, and area management. Understanding of operational documents for GMP compliance, accuracy, and completeness.

Additional Skills & Qualifications Required:

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Plainville, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.05 - $34.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
