Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Previous manufacturing experience or experience with small parts assembly
• Stable work history
• Ability to read and write, add and subtract whole numbers; follow instructions; use fixed gauges and direct reading instruments
• Ability to work using a microscope is preferred; training provided
• English communication skills (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

• Assemble single-use microsurgical instruments used in minimally invasive surgeries
• Read, understand, and follow work instructions
• Collaborate with other employees
• Ensure product meets all criteria per SOPs
• Follow FDA/CGMP regulations regarding traceability and safety procedures
• Practice good housekeeping
