Now hiring for a Manufacturing Associate Location: Mount Summit, IN Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6 AM - 2:30 PM

Job Duties
  • Run Power shear Measure twice, cut once.
  • Use tape measure, caliper, or templates.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures Maintain clean workspace
Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
  • Prior manufacturing welding experience.
  • Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
  • Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
  • Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.
  • Prior manufacturing welding experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
  • Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Manufacturing Associate.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
