Staffmark Group in Mount Summit, IN is hiring a Manufacturing Associate to run machines, assemble parts, and pack goods for global shipment. This hands-on role offers a starting pay of $18 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with opportunities for growth within a safety-focused environment.

You will follow work instructions, use basic measuring tools, and maintain a clean, efficient workspace while contributing to production goals and quality standards at Staffmark

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Run power shear and other production equipment.
• Measure twice, cut once using tape measure, caliper, or templates.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures; maintain a clean workspace.
