Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Follow all company safety rules, regulations, and job safety analysis.
• Complete plant lockout procedures and key interrupt.
• Fill and operate shelf carton erector and clear minor jams.
• Ensure quality of product, including but not limited to discarding obviously defective packages, removing and saving syringes.
• Check packaging for correct count and damage to syringes; insert brochures as required.
• Palletize finished products and attach proper pallet cards.
• Operate semi-automatic tape machine.
• Perform minor duties not requiring mechanic attention.

Basic Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Manufacturing experience.

Preferred Requirements:

• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Regular attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader to support business needs.
