Job summary

Corestaff Services is seeking dependable Manufacturing Line Helpers to join our recycling production team in Florence, KY. You will operate and monitor the wash line system to clean and prepare plastic materials for recycling, while ensuring quality standards, safety requirements, and production goals are met.

This is a physically demanding role requiring standing for 10-12 hours per shift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend and work on your feet for 10–12 hours per shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work as a team.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor the wash line system to clean and prepare plastic materials for recycling.
  • Sort recyclable materials by removing contaminants to maintain product quality.
  • Perform visual inspections of cleaned plastic materials and identify quality concerns.
  • Monitor equipment performance and report mechanical issues promptly.
  • Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of wash line equipment.
  • Accurately record daily production, quality checks, and maintenance activities.
  • Follow all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions or incidents.
  • Collaborate with team to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Assist training of new employees on equipment operation, quality, and safety.
