Manufacturing Associate - Cincinnati, OH Plant

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Associate for our Cincinnati, OH plant. The role involves ensuring product quality, safety compliance, and efficient manufacturing processes.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Guarantee that all products are built correctly and cost-effectively, aligning with quality standards and specifications.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies outlined in the employee handbook.
• Learn building materials and industry jargon to facilitate growth and knowledge.
• Ensure all job tracking procedures are followed.
• Possess a minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Understand production and organizational methods thoroughly.
• Experience with hand tools, tape measures, and drills.
• Maintain strong communication skills.
• Recall processes and materials used in manufacturing.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with shipping/receiving and welding is a plus.
