Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be part of the production team supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

Location: Blythewood, SC

Pay Range: $15.00

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures.
• Assemble products to meet defined specifications, quality, and safety standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet or exceed daily production targets.
  
  

What's Needed?

• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment.
