• Lift, carry, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• Work 8–12+ hour shifts in a moderate to above-moderate noise environment with overtime as required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Read and follow written English instructions, order forms, and production requirements accurately.
• Identify and differentiate between colors, materials, and cloth styles to ensure order accuracy and quality.
• Perform production, sewing, warehouse, or order fulfillment tasks using basic computer and math skills as needed.
• Must be able to thread a needle and perform detail-oriented work.
• Must be self-motivated, dependable, and committed to producing quality work.
• Ability to recognize colors and different cloth styles
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and productivity while performing repetitive tasks and motions.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 lbs. as required.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, reaching, grasping, bending, twisting, kneeling, and walking throughout the shift.
• Work on your feet for 8–12+ hour shifts and in a moderate to above-moderate noise environment.
• Work mandatory overtime as required to meet production demands.
