Qualifications

• Experience with GAAP and financial reporting.
• Manufacturing cost accounting and standard cost updates.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and audit documentation.
• Data analysis and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close and GAAP reporting.
• Assist with cost accounting, standard cost updates, and inventory valuation.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models for plant and corporate leadership.
• Perform variance, margin, and cost analyses and present insights.
• Maintain internal controls and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with operations to develop KPIs and improvement initiatives.
• Support audits with schedules, documentation, and explanations.
• Standardize reporting across sites and share best practices.
