Job summary

Auxo Medical in Richmond, VA is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Assistant to support warehouse operations and assist technicians refurbishing medical equipment. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, solving problems and learning state-of-the-art machinery.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Mechanically inclined with desire to learn a new trade.
  • Ability to follow safety processes and procedures.
  • Must have valid driver\'s license.
  • Capable of repetitive tasks and standing for long periods.
  • DL is required.
  • No Criminal Record.

Responsibilities

  • General warehouse support.
  • Assist technicians refurbishing medical equipment including disassembly, cleaning, sanding, painting, and assembly.
  • General cleaning.
  • Storing of materials.
  • Packing and crating for outgoing shipments.
  • Other duties as required.

Position Description


  • General warehouse support

Bonus Points If You Have


  • Plumbing, steam fitting, HVAC, and electrical experience

  • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical principles

  • Ability to read and utilize schematics, diagrams, technical manuals

  • Forklift certification
