Job summary

TYR Tactical in Peoria, AZ is seeking a team member to assist the cutting department under the Trim Supervisor. You will help prepare, finish, and deliver cutwork for in-house and outside production teams, supporting materials flow on the manufacturing floor and providing extra assistance as needed.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and effective communication with English and Spanish speaking teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and follow procedures
• Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) would be beneficial for communication with all teams
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow
• Must be able to work with little or no supervision and work within a group setting
• Must be able to lift heavy bags of cutwork using proper lifting techniques
