Job summary

Adient plc seeks a Trim Technician to support the team in Trim cover development at our Plymouth, MI tech unit. The role involves cutting and sewing Trim covers, building and trimming seats, and supporting department equipment such as NC cutters and sewing machines.

You will also assist in pattern development and become proficient with standard office software. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and 1–2 years of related experience, with the ability to work in a team, prioritize tasks,
