Get paid for 40 hours and work only 36! Work 3 days, have 4 off!

Earn $22.50/hr in our climate-controlled factory in Waunakee, WI.

We're looking for team members to join our fun, collaborative, rewarding, innovative, and people-centric team. RenewAire teammates positively impact both the people and the planet by assembling large Energy Recovery Ventilation units (ERVs) for hospitals, schools, and other commercial buildings, delivering fresh air efficiently.

Each day offers variety and a sense of accomplishment as you assemble configurations from start to finish with teammates in your assembly production cell. You will read schematics to assemble sheet metal walls, roofs, and doors, install dampers, and electrical wiring and controls.

Work Hours

Friday - Sunday 5am - 5:15pm, Mon-Thurs Off

Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 Years relevant manufacturing experience or equivalent
  • Basic math skills, including fractions and measurements
  • Familiarity with portable power tools (drill, rivet gun, etc.) and machine tools (bandsaw, chop saw, etc.)
  • The ability to frequently lift up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
