Manufacturing Assembly Technician/Operator - Weekend Shift

Join RenewAire, LLC as a Manufacturing Assembly Technician/Operator - Weekend Shift.

Job Highlights

• Work 3 days a week (Friday to Sunday, 5am - 5:15pm), with Mondays through Thursdays off.
• Earn $22.50/hr in a climate-controlled environment in Waunakee, WI.
• Enjoy a schedule that pays for 40 hours but only requires 36 hours of work, providing more time off.

About the Role

Become part of a fun, collaborative, and innovative team that produces Energy Recovery Ventilation units for hospitals, schools, and commercial buildings, contributing positively to both people and the planet.

Responsibilities

• Assemble large ERV units from start to finish, including reading schematics, assembling sheet metal components, installing dampers, and wiring electrical controls.
• Work with teammates in your production cell to achieve daily goals.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years relevant manufacturing experience or equivalent.
• Basic math skills, including fractions and measurements.
• Familiarity with portable power tools and machine tools.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
