Job summary

Badger Meter in Milwaukee is seeking an entry-level assembler to support meter assembly, molding, registration, and machining. You will rotate through workstations, follow work instructions, and help ensure quality and on-time production.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 0–1 years of related experience, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds. Forklift and hazmat training are required or will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 years of related manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must pass forklift and hazmat training.
• Basic computer skills and math proficiency required.
• Basic reading/writing/speaking English required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble meters, test for leaks, and package products following safety guidelines.
• Set up and operate molding and inspection equipment; ensure quality and output targets.
• Perform registration assembly and basic electrical/mechanical sub-assemblies as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and document manufacturing status.
