Evenflo Company, Inc. in Ohio is seeking an Assembly Operator to join a family-oriented team. You will follow safety and quality requirements and help meet daily production targets through a variety of assembly tasks.

You will train on multiple operations, read operator work instructions, prepare materials, package finished goods, and assist with data entry. A high school diploma or GED is required, and the role involves physical tasks and standing for long shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and quality processes and requirements
• Complete cross-training on multiple operations and ensure proper training sign-off is completed
• Read and adhere to Operator Work Instructions (OWI) for multiple operations and SKU’s
• Read and adhere to Bill of Material (BOM) requirements
• Packaging
• Stack goods and materials onto pallets
• Complete daily logs and other data collection requirements
• Proper cleaning and care for workplace equipment and tools and organization of personal workstation
