Job summary

Air Distribution Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Production Worker to perform assembly tasks and ensure products meet specifications. The role involves reading blueprints, following detailed instructions, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include assembling parts, maintaining safety standards, and collaborating with multiple departments. Flexibility to work overtime and cross-train across shifts is expected to support production goals.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma/GED and previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates an attention to detail.
• Ability to read, communicate and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, blueprints and engineering drawings in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Assembles parts to form complete units or subassemblies at a bench or conveyor line.
• Reads and interprets blueprints, engineering specifications, drawings and shop orders to assemble products.
• Operates SOPs and JSAs to meet standards and customer expectations.
• Communicates with coworkers and management; reports safety, quality, or process issues.
• Supports continuous improvement by identifying time-saving and efficiency opportunities.
• Willing to train and cover all assembly positions across areas and product variants.
• Performs other assignments as directed by management.
