Job Description

The Manufacturing Assembly Technician performs tasks associated with conducting a series of tests on pipe to ensure the quality of the final product. Responsibilities include gathering and organizing data for effective assessment of pipe durability and electronic component functionality. The technician must be competent in the use of all tools and equipment required for the job.

• Screws fixtures onto assemblies
• Conducts tests on pipes
• Operates Make-and-Break machine
• Inspects high-pressure lines and electrical lines, including signal cabling
• Cleans pipes
• Uses measuring tools
• Utilizes shop floor computers
• Troubleshoots all tests and assembly processes
• Performs other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of previous experience in manufacturing
