Job Title: Manufacturing Assembly Technician

Location: Costa Mesa, CA 92626

Job Type: Contract

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform visual inspection of automotive components for coating integrity, color, and damage per SOP instructions.
• Perform mechanical assembly of automotive components using presses, grease guns, and other tools.
• Conduct final inspection of assembled components using inspection equipment and gauges.
• Use computer systems and barcode scanners for lot traceability.
• Understand production schedules and daily assembly requirements.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Relevant mechanical assembly experience preferred but not required.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to follow SOPs and process requirements.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Access).
• Inspection, troubleshooting skills, and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout shift.
